Creating products

Add a product

1. In your Dashboard, choose Create product (or Products → New).
2. Fill in the essentials:
   • Title and description: tell buyers exactly what they get.
   • Price: set in Rupiah.
   • Type: digital product, membership, or service.
3. Upload your cover image and any gallery images from the media library.
4. Attach the deliverable (file or access details) for digital products.
5. Publish.

Product images

Cover and gallery images are uploaded through the media library. Diskover keeps your image links working automatically, so you don't need to re-upload if a link looks like it's expired.

Memberships

If you sell a membership, set the plan and billing period. Buyers get access for the period and renew manually by paying again when it ends; there's no automatic recurring charge. You can offer a grace period before access expires.

Coupons

Create discount codes directly from the product editor:

• Choose percent or fixed amount.
• Optionally scope a coupon to a single product or your whole store.
• Set a validity window and a maximum number of redemptions.

Codes are case-insensitive and the redemption counter updates automatically as buyers use them.

Managing orders

Incoming orders appear under Dashboard → Transactions. From there you can see each sale's status and respond to any disputes a buyer raises.
