Payments & payouts

How buyers pay you

Every sale is paid with QRIS via Mudah Indonesia, Diskover's payment provider. When a buyer completes payment, the order is confirmed automatically and the sale is recorded in your Transactions.

You don't handle the QRIS code yourself. Diskover generates it at checkout and confirms the payment for you.

Your balance

Proceeds from confirmed sales accumulate in your Diskover balance.

Funds-release window

Earnings are held for a short period after each sale before they become withdrawable. This window exists so refunds and disputes can be resolved fairly before money leaves the platform. After it passes, the funds move to your available balance.

Withdrawing (payouts)

When you have an available balance, you can request a payout, which is disbursed through Mudah to your account. You'll find payout requests and their history in your dashboard.

Affiliate commissions

If you run an affiliate program, commissions owed to affiliates are tracked separately:

• Commissions become available after the refund window passes, then move to paid.
• You set the commission rate per program.

Fees & currency

All prices and payouts are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any applicable platform or payment fees are reflected in your transaction records.

Payout not showing yet?

Check that the sale has cleared the funds-release window. Very recent sales won't be withdrawable until that short holding period has passed.
