• How do I pay? Every purchase is paid with QRIS: scan the code with any Indonesian banking or e-wallet app. See Browsing & buying.
• Where are my purchases? In your dashboard under Purchases. See Your purchases.
• Something went wrong with an order? You can open a dispute. See Refunds & disputes.
• How do sellers get paid? Earnings settle to your balance and are withdrawn via Mudah. See Payments & payouts.
