Your purchases

Everything you've bought lives in your dashboard.

Find your orders

1. Open your account menu and go to Dashboard → Purchases.
2. Each row shows the product, the seller, the amount, and the order status.

Access what you bought

• Digital products: open the order to download your files or unlock access.
• Memberships: your active memberships and their renewal dates appear under Subscriptions.

Memberships & renewals

Memberships run for a fixed period (for example, monthly). When a period ends:

• Access continues through any grace period the seller allows, then expires.
• To keep your membership, renew by paying again through normal checkout. There's no automatic recurring charge; you're always in control of when you pay.

You can see the status of each membership (active, canceled, or expired) in Dashboard → Subscriptions.

Receipts

Your order confirmation serves as your receipt and stays available in your purchase history.

Can't find a purchase?

Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to check out. If an order is missing or stuck, see Refunds & disputes.
